11PRO ("we", "our") provides AI voice, image and music generation services at 11pro.io. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data (via Google Sign-In): your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
• Usage data: texts you submit for generation, voices selected, generation history, API usage per key, and IP addresses for security and rate limiting.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Cryptomus, Polar.sh, Binance). We store order records (amount, package, transaction reference) but never your card or wallet private keys.

2. How we use it

• To operate your account, meter credits and deliver generations.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized API use.
• To send service emails (low-balance alerts, receipts). No marketing spam.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Text you submit is sent to our voice-generation providers solely to produce your audio. Generated audio is stored on our servers so you can download it.

4. Cookies

We use a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing contact.alcashzone@gmail.com. Deletion removes your profile, API keys and generation history.

6. Data retention

Generation history is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual generations from your dashboard.
